Coverage outside Indiana; commissioner's approval not required

Sec. 10. If: (1) an evidence of coverage that is issued under and incorporated into a contract issued in Indiana is intended for delivery in another state; (2) the evidence of coverage has been approved for use in the state in which it is to be delivered; and (3) the evidence of coverage is not delivered in Indiana; the evidence of coverage need not be submitted to the commissioner in Indiana for approval.
