Bail bond enforcement and administration fund; use of money

Sec. 2. The money in the fund created by this chapter shall be used for the following purposes and no other: (1) The employment of a qualified investigator and investigation staff. (2) The expense of examination. (3) Licensing. (4) Forms. (5) Other related expenses necessitated by this article.
