Compliance with federal requirements

Sec. 18. The requirements of this chapter do not apply to a facility or practitioner that: (1) is required to comply with; and (2) is in compliance with; 45 CFR Part 149, Subparts E and G, as may be enforced and amended by the federal Department of Health and Human Services.   IC 27-1-46.5 Chapter 46.5.
