Sec. 7. (a) Members appointed by the governor serve a four (4) year term that expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter. Members may be reappointed to successive terms.       (b) Subject to subsection (d), the executive director is a permanent member of the advisory board.       (c) Each appointed member serves until the member's successor is appointed and qualified. A vacancy must be filled by the appropriate appointing authority. A member appointed to fill a vacancy serves for the unexpired term of the member's predecessor.       (d) A member may be removed from the advisory board for good cause by the member's appointing authority.
