Indiana Code § 27-1-43.2-15

Commissioner authority; violations

Sec. 15. The commissioner may do the following: (1) Conduct an investigation or examination of a provider, an administrator, an insurer, or another person to enforce this chapter. (2) Take action that is necessary or appropriate to enforce this chapter. (3) If a provider violates this chapter, issue an order to do the following: (A) Require a provider to cease and desist. (B) Prohibit a provider from offering, issuing, or selling a service contract in Indiana. (C) Impose a civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation.
