Indiana Code § 27-1-36-54

Severability of chapter provisions

Sec. 54. The provisions of this chapter are severable in the manner provided in IC 1-1-1-8 . If: (1) any provision of this chapter; or (2) the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance; is held invalid, that determination shall not affect the provisions or applications of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
