Sec. 49. (a) Upon the written request of the commissioner, a foreign insurer shall submit to the commissioner an RBC report as of the last day of the calendar year most recently ended. The foreign insurer shall submit the report on or before: (1) the date on which a domestic insurer would be required to file an RBC report under this chapter; or (2) fifteen (15) days after the foreign insurer receives the request; whichever occurs later. (b) Upon the written request of the commissioner, a foreign insurer shall promptly submit to the commissioner a copy of any RBC plan that the foreign insurer has filed with the insurance commissioner of any other state.
