Sec. 28. (a) If the commissioner determines an RBC report filed by a domestic insurer is inaccurate, the commissioner shall: (1) adjust the RBC report to correct the inaccuracy; and (2) notify the insurer of the adjustment. (b) A notice provided by the commissioner under subsection (a) must contain a statement of the reason for the adjustment.
