Sec. 24. As used in this chapter, "total adjusted capital" means the sum of: (1) an insurer's statutory capital and surplus determined in accordance with the statutory accounting principles and practices that are applicable to the annual financial statements required to be filed under IC 27-1-3.5 ; and (2) other items, if any, that the RBC Instructions may provide.
