Sec. 10. This chapter does not apply to a multiple employer welfare arrangement which offers or provides benefits which are fully insured by an authorized insurer or to an arrangement which is exempt under the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (29 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.).   IC 27-1-35 Chapter 35.
