Sec. 6. The commission shall meet upon the call of the commissioner, who shall convene meetings as often as necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. The commission may act: (1) through the vote of a majority of members at a meeting at which at least six (6) members are present; or (2) through the commissioner, pursuant to powers granted to the commission under this chapter and delegated to the commissioner by the vote of a majority of members at a meeting at which at least six (6) members are present.
