Indiana Code § 27-1-24.2-1.5

"Actual acquisition cost"

Effective 1-1-2026.       Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "actual acquisition cost" means the purchase price of a drug paid by a pharmacy net of all discounts, rebates, chargebacks, and other adjustments to the price of the drug. The term does not include professional fees.
