ORSA summary report preparation, review

Sec. 12. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), an ORSA summary report must be prepared in a manner consistent with the ORSA guidance manual. Documentation and supporting information must be maintained and made available upon examination or request of the commissioner.       (b) The commissioner's review of an ORSA summary report, and any requests for additional information, must be made in a manner similar to the procedures used by the commissioner in the analysis and examination of multistate or global insurers and insurance groups.
