"Accident and sickness insurance"

Sec. 1. (a) Before the operative date of the valuation manual specified in section 34 of this chapter, as used in this chapter, "accident and sickness insurance" means insurance described in Class 1(b), Class 1(c)(2), or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1 .       (b) On and after the operative date of the valuation manual specified in section 34 of this chapter, as used in this chapter, "accident and sickness insurance" means insurance described in Class 1(b), Class 1(c)(2), or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1 and as may be specified in the valuation manual.
