Sec. 18. "Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System" or "HCPCS" refers to the version of the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System: (1) the use of which is required by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.); and (2) that is in effect on January 1, 2018.
