Sec. 4. The board, in coordination with the agency, shall develop educational information to be made available electronically to producers, grain buyers, and warehouse operators, explaining the following: (1) The purpose of the fund. (2) How the fund is operated. (3) An explanation of coverage under the program, including the duration of coverage and limits on losses. (4) The process for claiming a refund. (5) The process for reentering the program. (6) Where a producer may locate information about the producer's status in the program. (7) Materials explaining normal industry marketing terms and the terms meanings.   IC 26-4-6 Chapter 6.
