Display of license or permit; schedule of charges; sign

Sec. 29. A licensee shall: (1) conspicuously display the licensee's license in the licensee's main office and at each facility included under the license; (2) conspicuously display in each operational office the approved schedule of charges for services; and (3) conspicuously display at each facility all charts and diagrams provided to the facility by the agency.
