Deferred pricing agreement; conditions

Sec. 26.5. A licensee may not: (1) enter into a deferred pricing agreement in connection with grain purchases that extends beyond the crop year for the delivered grain; or (2) transfer the deferred pricing agreement to a new deferred pricing agreement beyond the crop year for the delivered grain.
