Indiana Code § 26-1-9.1-521

Sec. 521. Except for a reason set forth in IC 26-1-9.1-516 (b) or IC 26-1-9.1-901 , a filing office that accepts written records may not refuse to accept a written document for a filing authorized by this chapter if the document conforms to a format that is: (1) approved by the International Association of Commercial Administrators; or (2) adopted by rule by the secretary of state under IC 26-1-9.1-526 .
