Construction against implicit repeal

Sec. 104. IC 26-1 being a general statute intended as a unified coverage of its subject matter, no part of it shall be deemed to be impliedly repealed by subsequent legislation if such construction can reasonably be avoided. Formerly: Acts 1963, c.317, s.1-104. As amended by P.L.152-1986, SEC.113.
