Sec. 101. (1) IC 26-1 shall be known and may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code. (2) IC 26-1 applies to a transaction to the extent that it is governed by another article of the Uniform Commercial Code. Formerly: Acts 1963, c.317, s.1-101. As amended by P.L.152-1986, SEC.110; P.L.143-2007, SEC.1.
