Sign display at salon entrance; standards

Sec. 8. (a) A person holding a license issued under IC 25-8-7 shall display a sign complying with standards prescribed by the board at the main public entrance to the salon.       (b) The sign must: (1) be clearly visible to a customer entering the establishment at that entrance; and (2) state in legible printing that the establishment is a structure licensed as a beauty culture salon.   IC 25-8-7.1 Chapter 7.1.
