Sec. 5. If: (1) the board cannot determine whether an applicant has complied with section 2 of this chapter at the time the application is filed; and (2) the board determines that the board will require more than fifteen (15) days to determine if the applicant has complied with section 2 of this chapter; then the board shall issue a temporary beauty culture salon license to the applicant.
