Sec. 21. (a) The board may, upon application, reinstate a license under this article that has been expired for not more than three (3) years if the person holding the license meets the requirements of IC 25-1-8-6 (c). (b) The board may not reinstate a license issued under this article if the person holding the license does not apply for reinstatement not more than three (3) years after the expiration date of the license, unless the person holding the license meets the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6 (d).
