Sec. 9.5. (a) The board may, upon application, reinstate a license under this chapter that has been expired for not more than three (3) years if the person holding the license meets the requirements for reinstatement established under IC 25-1-8-6 (c). (b) If more than three (3) years have elapsed since the date a license under this chapter expired, the individual holding the license may have the license reinstated by satisfying the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6 (d).
