Sec. 5. (a) The attorney general may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration for conduct that would have justified denial of registration under section 4(b) of this chapter. (b) The attorney general may deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration only after proper notice and an opportunity for a hearing under IC 4-21.5 .
