Sec. 3. All licensing boards shall promptly report to the coordinated licensure information system any: (1) adverse action; (2) current significant investigative information; (3) denials of applications and reasons for the denials; and (4) nurse participation in alternative programs known to the licensing board, regardless of whether the participation is considered to be nonpublic or confidential under state law.
