Sec. 1. (a) All party states shall participate in a coordinated licensure information system of all licensed nurses. (b) The coordinated licensure information system must include information submitted by party states: (1) concerning the licensure and disciplinary history of each nurse; and (2) to assist in the coordination of nurse licensure and enforcement.
