Sec. 10. (a) Any person who: (1) renders or offers to render services to the public, if the words "landscape architecture" or "registered landscape architecture" are used to describe these services; (2) uses the title "registered landscape architect" or "landscape architect"; or (3) engages in the practice of landscape architecture described in section 1 of this chapter; without a current registration issued under this chapter commits a Class B infraction. A person who affixes a registered landscape architect's seal to a plan, specification, or drawing that has not been prepared by a currently registered landscape architect or under the immediate supervision of a currently registered landscape architect commits a Class B infraction. (b) Each day a violation described in this section continues to occur constitutes a separate offense. (c) The board may appear in its own name in the courts of the state and apply for injunctions to prevent violations of this chapter.
