Sec. 31. (a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to do the following: (1) Require continuing education and training for architects. (2) Set minimum requirements for continuing education and training for architects. (3) Set minimum requirements for continuing education instructors approved by the board. (b) The rules adopted under this section must require an architect to comply with the following: (1) The architect shall provide the board with a sworn statement signed by the architect that the architect has fulfilled the continuing education requirements required by the board. (2) The requirements under IC 25-1-4 .
