Holders of registered retail merchant's certificates in certain counties

Sec. 15. A county having a population of more than sixteen thousand (16,000) and less than sixteen thousand four hundred (16,400) may require that the holder of a registered retail merchant's certificate under IC 6-2.5-8 obtain a transient merchant license.   IC 25-37.5 ARTICLE 37.5.
