Sec. 4. (a) The board shall issue a license to any person who meets the requirements of this article and who pays to the board the initial license fee prescribed by the board by rule. (b) A license issued under this article is valid until the next renewal date described under section 6 of this chapter. Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.262, SEC.1.
