Sec. 10. (a) If an audiologist performs an evaluation and the evaluation suggests the possibility of a condition that requires medical attention, the audiologist shall promptly refer the patient to an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5 . (b) An audiologist shall administer tests of vestibular function only to patients who have been referred by an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5 .
