Sec. 14. (a) The approval for a sponsor for a broker's course expires December 31 each even-numbered year. (b) A sponsor must submit: (1) a letter requesting renewal of approval; and (2) the renewal fee; at least thirty (30) days before a sponsor's approval expires.
