Sec. 12. A licensee who is convicted of a crime (as defined in IC 33-23-1-4 ) shall send a copy of the: (1) complaint or other information that describes the crime; and (2) judgment of conviction; to the commission not more than thirty (30) days after the date of the conviction.   IC 25-34.1-4 Chapter 4.
