Indiana Code § 25-33.5-2-30

"Temporary in-person, face-to-face practice"

Sec. 30. "Temporary in-person, face-to-face practice" means that a psychologist is physically present (not through the use of telecommunication technology) in the distant state to provide for the practice of psychology for not more than thirty (30) days within a calendar year and based on notification to the distant state.   IC 25-33.5-3 Chapter 3.
