Indiana Code § 25-33.5-14-1

Liberal construction; severability

Sec. 1. This compact shall be liberally construed so as to effectuate the purposes of the compact. If the compact shall be held to be contrary to the constitution of any state member of the compact, the compact shall remain in full force and effect as to the remaining compact states.   IC 25-34 ARTICLE 34.
