Monitoring of courses; rules

Sec. 5. (a) A member of the board may attend or monitor a continuing education course.       (b) An approved organization shall provide the board with course information or materials requested by the board.       (c) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.   IC 25-33-3 Chapter 3.
