Sec. 4. Each registered professional soil scientist may obtain and use a seal or stamp of registration. The design of the seal or stamp must: (1) be authorized by the board; and (2) contain: (A) the soil scientist's name and registration number; and (B) the legend "Registered Professional Soil Scientist".
