Sec. 1. (a) Upon receipt of the registration fee required by IC 25-31.5-4-10 , the board shall issue a registration certificate to an applicant who, in the opinion of the board, satisfies all the requirements for registration under IC 25-31.5-4 . (b) Each certificate must show the full name of the board.
