Sec. 4. (a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish a code of professional conduct for registered soil scientists. (b) If the board adopts or amends a code of professional conduct under subsection (a), the board shall mail a copy of the code and any amendments to all individuals listed on the roster published under section 7 of this chapter. (c) A mailing under this section constitutes service for purposes of this article.
