Sec. 1. An individual may not: (1) profess to be an anesthesiologist assistant; (2) use the title "anesthesiologist assistant"; or (3) use the initials "A.A." or any other words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating or implying that the individual is an anesthesiologist assistant licensed under this article; unless the person is licensed under this article.
