Sec. 2. (a) The board may issue a temporary license to an applicant who pays a fee established by the board and who presents satisfactory evidence to the board that the applicant: (1) meets the requirements established by the board; and (2) is licensed in a state, territory, or possession of the United States. (b) A temporary license expires the earlier of: (1) the date the applicant holding the temporary license is issued a license under this article; or (2) the date the board disapproves the applicant's licensure application.
