Attorney general; staff assistance; expenses

Sec. 13. (a) The office of the attorney general shall provide the staff assistance necessary to: (1) enable the plumbing commission to perform its duties under this chapter; and (2) enforce this chapter.       (b) Expenses incurred by the office of the attorney general under this section shall be paid from the plumbers recovery fund.   IC 25-29 ARTICLE 29.
