Sec. 17. (a) An applicant who fails the applicant's first examination for a license as a plumbing contractor or journeyman plumber may be reexamined. (b) Reexamination of an applicant who fails the examination after two (2) attempts may be conditioned on the satisfactory completion of additional study or training as prescribed by the commission.
