Sec. 10. (a) The department of administration shall provide office space, furniture, and necessary supplies and the office files, records, and property of the commission. (b) The licensing agency shall provide the board with employees necessary to administer the provisions of this chapter. Formerly: Acts 1972, P.L.188, SEC.1.
