Sec. 1. (a) This chapter does not apply to the practice of other health care professionals set forth under IC 25-22.5-1-2 (a)(1) through IC 25-22.5-1-2 (a)(19). (b) This chapter does not exempt a physician assistant from the requirements of IC 16-41-35-29 .
