Reinstatement of surrendered licenses

Sec. 8. (a) If an individual surrenders a license to the committee, the committee may reinstate the license upon written request by the individual.       (b) If the committee reinstates a license, the committee may impose conditions on the license appropriate to the reinstatement.       (c) An individual may not surrender a license without written approval by the committee if a disciplinary proceeding under this article is pending against the individual.
