Requirements for physical therapist assistant certificate

Sec. 6.3. An applicant for a certificate as a physical therapist assistant must do the following: (1) Complete the application process, including payment of fees. (2) Submit proof of graduation from a professional physical therapist assistant education program accredited by a national accreditation agency approved by the board. (3) Pass an examination approved by the board. (4) Submit to a national criminal history background check under IC 25-1-1.1-4 . (5) Meet any other requirements established by rule.
