Sec. 4.6. As used in this chapter, "designated representative" means an individual who: (1) is designated by a wholesale drug distributor; (2) serves as the wholesale drug distributor's responsible individual with the board; and (3) is actively involved in and aware of the actual daily operation of the wholesale drug distributor.
